Hickey played with Eichel, ERod, and OReagan while there. I’m willing to bet they feel comfortable he can be convinced to sign.

its just fair, both are NHLers, and legit NHLers who fill a big need for the Avs and have a chance to get a few more out of the mix. Sabres got the bigger name and overall better player now to help.

If ror is traded, the return will be better than zadorov and Compher

If we are able to sign Hickey that’s a huge win for Buffalo. Plays defense first, good skater. Won’t blow you away offensively but can crave out an NHL career. Better then anything Fasching would have.
