Can't be much, he was on a four year deal with a $2M cap hit and he put up 17pts over 73gp. Career high of 29pts.

He's a good fourth liner. I can't see him getting much of a raise from his most recent deal. Maybe $2.25M per and a deal anywhere from 2-4 years?

I could see someone that likes him giving him $2.25 x 3 years maybe.

I honestly don't know enough about him off the top of my head.

I typically don't really give a damn about "grit" but I have no idea if he's a capable defensive forward or not.

I don't think there's much risk in a rebuilding team that is highly unlikely to be competitive, like the Rangers will be, signing him...but you could also probably find a similarly-talented player somewhere else for a lot cheaper.
