Some of what I say about him just to break balls, but he's one of the oldest players in the draft and he produced at a significantly-unimpressive rate playing for a national powerhouse NCAA program. That's not usually something you want to see from a guy who you are using a top-10 pick on.
I do think he'll be a useful player, but I think any GM that takes him in the top-5 is huffing paint. Lead paint.

He will probably get sent to the AHL and even then get benched.....

You and I are generally in agreement that he is somewhat overrated, but I think you may have tipped the scales a little too far in that direction.
