I don't think any sites rank the Penguins prospects anymore like Hockey's Future used to.
My own personal opinion is 1. Sprong 2. Bellerive 3. Jarry
The damn transfer rules really suck in this case, would love to see Bellerive get some time in WBS. He killed it at camp last year too. Has the potential to be Brayden Point. - YouMeAndDupuis9
I would say that is a bit of a stretch there. |

It's close. I kind of break it into 2 trades.
Hunwick and a 3rd for DeKeyser(25%) - This is 100% fair imo
Sheary and Simon for AA - I'm not so sure about (maybe another mid round type pick? idk) - Feds91Stammer
Its fair, but I don't see the point of taking on cap and years for a player that's still not very good. DeKeyser is at least playable, but he'll hamstring our cap flexibility more than Hunwick. I pass here. Probably not even that interested in the full 50% retained. |

Okay fine I will keep AA then. |

He probably has 2-3 more NHL caliber seasons in him is my point. - Feds91Stammer
2-3 before he starts declining, you mean?
Sheahan is good. There's no way he doesn't make it to 30 being a productive NHL bottom six player. |

I don't see Sheahan being out of the league at age 28/29. |

I don't either. I said that would be a good time to cut ties with him though. |

Fine, but him being replacement level before he hits 30 seems like a stretch. |

Yeah, I don't know of any either so pretty much asking where people rank him. I'd probably have him 3rd or 4th myself (not sure if I'd put him or ZAR 3rd) behind Sprong and Jarry.
EDIT- Bellerive probably has a higher ceiling, but ZAR has a pretty high floor as I think he'll safely be at least a bottom 6 guy. |

Domi would be a great step forward in changing the culture surrounding the penguins. Need players like him. Sheary, Rust and Murray just strike me as little punks who feel entitled to something because they were drafted by the pens and gifted cups. If I never saw Sheary play a hockey game again it wouldn’t bother me. - Grinder47
Yeah trading for the son of the owners best friend is really going to change the culture (whatever the fck that means) after winning back to back cups a year ago. |

Good to see Feds still trying to convince us the garbage players on DET are not actually garbage. |
