Agreed. If you score an OT series winner, then you should celebrate. But resorting to some pre-meditated dance is basically rubbing the other team's nose in it, and I would have loved to see someone bury him for it.

Celly on every goal. Don't want to see the other team celebrate. Don't let them score.

Fair enough on the second half.
I just don't like players who have to do some premeditated victory dance instead of spontaneously celebrating. Just like Brian Wilson when the Giants won the World Series.
You just struck out a player to win the World Series. Instead of celebrating like a normal maniac, you have to do you stupid turn back for the camera and do you pointing/crossing "signature move." Just let it (frank)ing go and live in the moment.

I'm all for trashing a guy for celebrating in beer league but these pros are entertainers. Let them do their thing. Doesn't matter to me either way.

Yeah, I don't know why it grates on me so much, it shouldn't matter.
Like when TO celebrated on the star in Dallas and the dude from the Cowboys trucked him, it was glorious as much as I hate the Cowboys.

The way I look at it is, I don't care if you celebrate and I also don't care if someone blows you up for celebrating. I do know if every guy celebrated in a Barry Sanders manner things would be less entertaining.

I don't want unemotional robots out there scoring goals/touchdowns/etc. and then going about their business without celebrating. I, personally, would prefer them to celebrate spontaneously, not with some premeditated victory dance.

I get what you're saying. I think the kids love the trademark type moves.

That seems a little quick at his age. But I'd only make his next contract 2-3 uears anyways. - Tojo.
If he signs a 3 year deal he would be 29 going on 30 to start the next season at the end of his contract. A very good age to walk away from most players especially bottom 6ers.
Nice article yesterday about Bellerive from Marshall. Where is this kid on the Pen's admittedly thin prospect rankings already? Top 5? Top 3?
I think he and Sheahan are battling for the 3C job in a couple years. - Tojo.
I don't think any sites rank the Penguins prospects anymore like Hockey's Future used to.
My own personal opinion is 1. Sprong 2. Bellerive 3. Jarry
The damn transfer rules really suck in this case, would love to see Bellerive get some time in WBS. He killed it at camp last year too. Has the potential to be Brayden Point.
Hunwick and a 3rd for DeKeyser(25%) - This is 100% fair imo
Sheary and Simon for AA - I'm not so sure about (maybe another mid round type pick? idk) - Feds91Stammer
Value seems about right. Dekeyser scares me with the length of contract... eventually the Pens will bring on a project who wont magically reach their potential haha
