Great to see see Travis on the mend.
When it comes to hockey players leg/knee injuries always seem to be the scariest in terms of long term effects.
Glad to see Varone coming back. I have never followed the guy. Seems like a smallish fireplug type with good speed.
Bill, does he have any NHL upside? (probably not, at 27 it seems his window has passed) - MBFlyerfan
I would argue the back is the worst hockey player injury. It felt like Steve Yzerman played on bad knees forever. We saw Hatcher on two bad knees and he adjusted. John LeClair first time hurting his back long term, he wasn't the same again in return. The man was a force prior. Back injuries are criticaling.

Well, Gordon must be wrong. However, if he were an NHL coach, he would be right. It is a fine line - YuenglingJagr

Yes, but back injuries don't cause you to lose your mind at 45 years old.

Like...okay, if you think that Prius owners are self-serving hippies and you don't like them, I don't agree with you, but fine.
But to just be a straight-up douchebag to them when you don't even know them makes you a pretty terrible human being.

This
I have 3 bulging discs in my back and I'm usually in some discomfort and often in outright pain, but I'd much rather be dealing with this than post concussion syndrome.
It's not even close.

For you runners out there check this dude out, his name is David Goggins. It's an interview w/ Joe Rogan. This dude is crazy. NSFW - lots of cursing.
Fast foward to 38:00 for his telling of his first ultra marathon (100 mi)

Its got to be an age related hearing thing because I listened to it with a 21 year old co worker at the same time who clearly hear Yanni.

Also, I have no problem with Prius owners related to their Prius ownership. Drive whatever you want/like - I don't care. Just don't be a richard.

Wow, thanks. I had to go almost completely to the left to hear Yanni, but then again I knew that years and years of loud music has really messed up my hearing.

In my house the two old folks hear yanni, and the young folks are split 1-1.

It’s something about frequency/high notes.
People modified it to add bass, and only then I clearly heard Laurel.
EDIT: I see this was already said.
