I grew up a 90's hardcore kid, on the metal side of things it was bands like: Nerosis, Machine Head, and I loved E.H.G. but I never got into this gimmicky stuff.

If McDavid and Jack played on the same team, they would relieve pressure from each other because most teams only have 1 good shutdown line. Also, could you imagine the powerplay? McDavid would get 125 points and Jack 100.

Also, yes to Casey Nelson. These are the kind of smart signings that I hope Botts continues to do. Solid d-man at a very reasonable cap hit.

Still no Joker Reveal and there may never be one, which kinda sux . I personally want to see Red Hood Joker origin where he falls into the chemicals, but that's just me. Although it does suck that Cameron M's portrayal of the possible Joker/Joker origin was great and it sux because he could have been a perfect joker, I'm just hoping they do a Joker portrayal or at-least quick origin explaining how "their actor/character" becomes the joker before the series ends. Especially since they already had the perfect Joker, even though they never intended on making Jerome the Joker.

Mercyful Fate/King Diamond is so good. Younger fans unaware of their influence on so many bands.

The only kind of deal the sabres would consider would involve a young, elite D man plus picks or a winger. There aren't many of those players, and even fewer teams that would deal them.

I agree with this. And, the team with the young, elite, D-man would be giving up a known commodity for, although very close to a sure bet, an unknown commodity. Tough all around.

Have you seen our depth on the wing ? We could bring jagr out of retirement and he’d be our 1st line left winger. Anything is an improvement over what we have right now.

I didn't realize that it was THAT bad until seeing this. Man, here's hoping that Okposo can really step it up and Nylander finds a way to make an impact.

That said, I saw someone mention McCabe for Sheary. Not sure that McCabe gets it done because I don't know his salary hit. But, the pens are going to need to move a winger for cap purposes and Sheary would put up at least 25 if given PP time and top minutes. He's small, but feisty....and, he knows how to win. I just have a feeling that the Pens are going to try to fit Hunwick in any deal.

If we were remotely close to a playoff spot, I'd do the karlsson one. That's it. The deal that moves a first overall pick in a draft that isn't RNH/Hischier (no disrespect) at the top, has to be one where a better player is coming back.

Thing is, at this moment, their are a lot of better players than Dahlin. Until he proves that he can do it at the NHL level, he's a risk. If I'm Buffalo and I get a top 5 pick and a top pairing D whose 26 or under....I think about it.

I will say...the one that has Letang and Sheary plus a first looks pretty good to me though lol. Mainly because the pens could make a play for Carlson and grab Dahlin for a D man, though when healthy and on his game is pretty amazing, that has a lot to prove himself. (Obviously this is one of the dumbest trades that the Sabers could make)

If you don't think Connor McDavid and Jack eichel and Casey etc don't win us at least 50 games a year I don't know what to say
