I’ve liked Dumo tonight. He’s looked good. Geno seems to have more get up too. He Still needs to simplify.

Sheary is the same. I feel like they hope sid can elevate the hacks enough to make the line reasonably dangerous. This allows the other lines to have more fire power...but the problem is Simon and sheary have proven to negate sid....guess who played well in a few shifts with sid...sprong.

I view Simon as even a step below Sheary. He doesn't have the skill or instincts to play in this environment. When you have a plug like him on that line, Washington doesn't have to worry him and it's easier to clamp down on Sid and Guentz.

We should be loading up the top 2 lines with Backstrom out... they CAN'T match up with him out. Zero reason to spread the wealth with their center depth being only 1 of use.

with no backstrom out there the lack of tangible offense is disgusting. washington is playing an extremely conservative gameplan because they know all they need is the inevitable one or two turnovers or murray cumjobs to win the game. cant say i blame them. this is honestly shameful, top to bottom.
