A game of inches (as Burky said).

Might not mean much to you now, but well-fought Penguins.

And after all, this is still just sport (ie: OV and Murray laughing); what a series.

On to Tampa!

Man that Dumoulin, Shcultz, Oleksiak, Hunwick top 4 is gonna be (frank)ing sick, ain't it.

TRADE MALKIN!!! WE NEED TO BLOW IT UP AND HE'LL GIVE US THE BEST RETURN!!!

Ah, a Letang fan club member.

You must be watching his tapes from 5 years ago. Dude is clearly not the same player after all of these injuries.

Quite frankly all 4 of those guys outplayed Letang this post season.

Me too.
You guys had a great run, time for a little more time off to recharge. They deserve it.

- Fenrir

Yeah I'm not mad at all. I've seen 5 cups in my life. How many fans of other teams can say that? hahaha

I had Sheary going with Hunwick to dump him.

Obviously just have to do some reach arounds in Ottawa and get a Letang for Karlsson swap.

If Nashville can do the Weaber Subban swap, we can do that one

- Guile

If Sheary is attractive enough to someone to fully dump Hunwick with no retention, you do that in a heart beat and then make a huge play at Kane.

His play with the Sharks really vindicated my strong desire for him this season.

I like Ovi more than I dislike Wilson.

I find that hard to understand, but then again, who am I to question the thought processes of a dog wearing a Pens hat?

Oh poop, I wanted to face the Caps next round but I forgot about Wilson, (frank), go from one bumhole in Marchand to another in Wilson.

do you think he keeps up that same drive once hes paid and on the long term deal? he sure looked like the playoffs motivated him. maybe he just needed to play in relevant games to give a (frank). he definitely made himself a good bit of money this postseason.

My love for Fleury out weighs anything about any of the remaining teams.

Also, while I wouldn't mind seeing Ovechkin and Backstrom win the Cup, I hate Wilson, Oshie, and Trotz more than I like those two. Won't be heart broken if they win, but certainly not rooting for it.

- Victoro311

I'm cool with any of the teams winning the cup. In this order... WSH, VGK, WPG, TBL.

I'm as frustrated with Letang as anyone, but its so much smarter to gamble on Letang getting back to form than dump him and open up a massive roster hole. Even bad Letang is huge for our offensive flow. Getting rid of him (and Maatta on top of him) would bottle up our transition game and make our blue line a bottom 10 blue line league wide.

1982 here boys. John Tonelli caused my first Penguins heartbreak. But the good has outweighed the bad, by a long long ways.

I don't think the Pens need to make many, if any, changes up front.

That defense needs a small retool.

I think when Kane was younger he was legitimately immature, but I think most of his "attitude" problems these past few years have stemmed from being on loser teams. I think him playing on a contender would see him bud into a fringe star.

Oh he'll definitely try to hurt someone. He's the new Matt Cooke of the NHL. He enjoys it.

It sucks losing, but I kinda have to laugh because neither team will/would get through Tampa this year. Washinton picked a crappy year to finally get to the conference finals.

Ovechkin is the greatest goal scorer in NHL history.

And he gets all kinds of bullpoop for not winning a cup when he's one of the better active producers in the playoffs and he gets a bunch of undeserved hate.

He's exciting to watch. He scores, he hits, he looks like a caveman. He's fun to watch. When the Pens are out, I root for players that I enjoy watching over teams.
