Don't forget the Montreal guy! He's always excited at the start and then disappointed near the end...

I do think there is a chance and maybe even a good one that he does become a better player, but as of now he isn't.

Playing with Bergeron and Marchand has also done his 200ft game wonders. I don't know if Marner will develop that aspect of his game quite like I have seen of Pastrnak. I'm not saying he's a selke candidate, just gauging his growth in that aspect of the game from when he started to where he is now. We'll see though.

While I dont disagree with you, I am not certain that Marner isn't a better player right now. I wonder how good Marner would be if he was on a line with Bergeron/Marchand, and also, how good with Pastrnak be with lesser players.

Im sure he still be great, but as good as he is now? That being said, based on the way things are right now, it would be hard to argue Pastrnak isnt better right now.
Clearly Pastrnak is a better goal scorer, and likely always will be.
