This came out April 4th and has him listed at 5'9.5" which is small. Like Manvan small, 5'9" and you're almost a midget if we're being honest.

So they havent updated you are saying?
EP just updated him in the last week or two when he reported for the World's at 5"10" 174 pounds I assume.
I can find stats still at 166 on updated rankings.

I am 10 lbs heavier then him. I would admit its tough to handle 6' 200 lbs guys. Capable 6/10 times but you need 8/10 to be a number 1 |

Watched an in between period interview with Dobson from last night's game. The kid sounds like he wouldn't kill a fly. Hopefully his adolescent voice changes soon. |

Dobson playing soft for his size is the only legit criticism I've heard about him. |

For me...
1st - Defense, (team so desperately needs a puck moving PP specialist) lots to choose from, hopefully JB takes the right one.
2nd - LW, been high on Tkachuk all year. Team needs size and character, to me he fits the bill.
3rd - best player available....Wahlstrom??? Someone compared him to Max Pacioretty. |

He wears number 53. He wears that number for a reason. I don't think Horvat is going to give that up but maybe he would considering. Dobson would be a great pick at 7 as well if he is available. I doubt it though. |

Wahlstrom actually reminds me a bit of Brett Hull. Just me though. |

With all the updates in, the scout agencies on Elite Prospect have Hughes no lower than 7. He's climbed. I still think he goes before Dobson myself.

Dobson could go 3rd or 4th in the draft. |

Yup it's possible, but I think Dahlin, Russian kid and Zadina go 1-2-3, gets interesting from there. |

That's the beauty of this draft. After say the top 2 or 3, It's a crap shoot.

Hull wishes he could skate like Wahlstrom. I've heard him compared to Boeser a couple of times. That's funny because Boeser reminds me of Hull. Again, skating is well apart from those two I think.

Wahlstrom is an explosive first step skater, really good skater. Love him at 7 to play center if dmen all gone. Not really a Bouchard fan. |

Carolina is a sh!t show right now. Who knows what those idiots will do. I hope they are smart enough to take Svechnikov.
I think Bergevin is a retard GM and could see him doing something stupid.
That said, it is the top 3 so I assume they will take the consensus but would not be surprised if they did something stupid.

I would not pass at Wahlstrom at 7 even though we need a D. I like Wahlstrom at 3 over Zadina and Tkachuk. For me if he fell that far I would be super happy about it. Best skater in the draft. |

I worry more about speed as a risk than an inch or 5 pounds of weight that's for sure.

Skill is obviously the number one factor but size and speed are a pretty important mixture with that. Most teams lie about guys size, I know, trust me, and sites have no idea how big you are unless they actually measure you (which doesn't happen) or they get it from draft physicals. |
