Im not up on the rules now because i've faded away from interest the past few years, but dont the ilses have the option of offering that extra year? If so noone can better the isles offer as he stands to get an extra 10 shmill or whatever the number is on that extra year.

nothing he was saying a hand shake deal to Tavares to match highest offer and I said offer sheet but hes a ufa so you cant really do that it would just speed up the process.
