Didn't the Thrill assist on Malkin/Hornqvist's PP goal? I'm mostly listening but I think I heard him mentioned by Doc.

That goal seems to have deflated us a bit.

Man would I love to see a goal from Sheary, Brass, Kessel or Rust.

malkins looked pretty good, but so much of this is just waiting for the crosby/guentzel/hornqvist line to do something.

yeah i think he got the secondary assist. but he's basically pulling a wayne simmonds type shell of himself out there. might have some core injury of his own. for a while ive thought hes had a wrist injury because of his hesitancy to shoot and general weakness on the puck, but even his skating seems labored. i love kess, but hes a ghost out there right now. i'd love for him to prove me wrong. it doesnt look like a lazy thing either.

the brassard thing is more puzzling. id think maybe hes just a guy who excelled on poopty teams and wilts on the big stage, but brass was a (frank)ing clutch stud on the rangers. who knows.
