From Tampa's side of the trade that got us McDonagh and Miller we can't be happier. Question is can they resign Miller or have to trade his rights this offseason, our cap situation is a little dicey.

We all new Namestnikov was being propped up by his line mates, good #3 center in the NHL but not much higher. Brett Howden I watched at development camp for 2 years, he is a pretty big center with decent hands. I think his ceiling is as a 3 line Center who chips in offensively 30-40 points but plays a good two way game and can spot duty 2nd line center. Hajek was stuck behind the Lightning's depth at LD. He will be an NHLer but I don't know if is a 1-2 guy more like a 3-6.

I would gladly accept the second rounder becoming a first rounder. The Bolts will most like trade Slater Koekkoek for a second round pick so giving up the pick this year wasn't too bad for them.

I'm in this for the long haul.
