At the Eagles parade I had a 12 pack of bud light and several pedialytes throughout the day and was absolutely fine, other than being exhausted by the end of the day.


If I go too hard at night and I know I have an un-avoidable hangover coming the next morning no matter how much water or pedialyte I try to drink, I'll set an alarm 90 minutes before I actually intend to wake up. When my alarm goes off I get up, chug another glass of water with 400mg of ibuprofen, and go back to bed with my alarm set for 90 minutes later. Wake up with the ibuprofen fully kicked in and slightly more hydrated.

Went to Vegas with 6 other dudes. Airbnb. We had a 240 count of vitamin B12 complex and Motrin 800mg. Got a keg of Heineken. Wake up from drunk coma sleep at 8-9am, pop one each of the pills. Breakfast. Music and billiards by 10am, if you're not up by then you're up now. Hitting the keg by 10:30. Buzz through the day until we hit the strip by 9. Back by 2:30-4. Rinse, repeat.

First liquor store we went into had Pedialyte right inside the front door. First thing you see even before the alcohol.

Haha thats awesome with the pedialyte. I just like to pass right back out after taking Motrin so I sleep through the first hour of the hangover waiting for the meds to kick in haha.

Move over, Scott Pilgrim...

Flyers need Filppula to have another strong performance today if they want to get the W. Hopefully he can play just as good defensively as he did the last game. I was never a fan of him and Lehtera on the PK but it seems like they are building some chemistry together as a unit so here's hoping it continues.
