I think it is a good age if you can do it.

I think a key is holding off taking cpp until 65. That is some harsh penalty to take it earlier.

A Joe job, where you have fcuk-you power because you don't care is ideal to tide you over until 65 when you get to fully leave the workforce and hopefully have some other stuff you want to do.
