Putting in Martin solves nothing. Just makes the lineup weaker and probably gives the Bruins another unneeded pp. adding Martin to the 4th line doesn't makes 3 other lines he's not on suddenly bigger. Beat them playing your game, speed and skill. They were doing a good job of it after the first 5 mins until it unravelled.

I don't really disagree with you. Like I said, that fourth line could be dangerous.

I'm just surprised. We all know how Bablord likes his scrub players. Figured he'd either bring in Martin or Moore, not the much more skilled young player.

Kinda thought Wingels was embellishing his injury, didn't look like his head got caught in the head that badly, looked worse cause Kadri slammed the boards. If he plays it's confirmed. Veteran move by an experienced Bruins team, sitting him out for practice to make it look worse than it was, probably got Kadri the extra game.

Anyone honestly see Kadri being shown the door this summmer for such a move?

Regardless of whether you think the punishment was too strong(it was) the fact is that these are the kind of immature moves that really sink a team. I could see him being moved while his stock is still high if we think there are other options at centre(Not necessarily implying JT but hey whatever).

Anyway if the PP can somehow find a way to click we'll be ok. Special teams need to be a little less special and more productive tonight
