How many nights is Crosby going to miss two chances like that? Haha Pens controlled alot of play and had their chances. There were some BS reffing no doubt but these things usually even out over a series. The Pens effort level dropped from first game and the Flyers level rose... And there ya have it. 1-1 series.

Quite a few Pens players were capable of much more tonight.

Wes like Dean Morton are notorious for reffing pens losses.

Ok 3 goals in 1 minute to break the hearts & souls of the refs - I mean Flyers fans.

Sid had a rough night. Shoulda had another hatty. I’ll take 35-19 any night. The PP needs to be sorted and it starts with Phil. He has to shoot.

Put brass on if he can't shoot.

I'll borrow a popular saying in Philly. Trust the process. The Pens outplayed the Flyers and ran into a hot goalie and the refs. If they keep playing this way they'll win the series.

I don't care. Trust me when I tell you they've now motivated the Pens. Let the Flyers enjoy this game because it's the last game they will win this series.

Pretty sure Brass is a pass first player. I really think Phil shoulda sat the last few games of the reg season. He hasn’t been himself for over a month. And it’s not his new line mates.

It wasn't a must win game. Either is the next one but it's a much more important one than tonight. Pens will be stronger again.

For as much as we owned the puck, we should have had 50 shots. The PP was so predictable too.

Im Sorry, the flyers first Goal was BS because of a BS penalty. And the second was just a bad bounce. However is anyone going to address the 78% save percentage. Holy cannoli Batman 15 of 19 is this some kind of cruel joke!? The flyers didn’t even look like an NHL team in game one. Since Murray’s concussion from the hit to the head at practice he is not been as sharp as he was previously. He has had a rough year but his glove hand is driving me nuts. I love the guy. But we don’t have any other options what is his deal. Let alone we could see Matt Flippin hunwick if letang cant return.

True. He’s just no where near a puck battle right now. Could be hand or wrist. Some nights feel better than others.

I’ll admit pens were snake bitten tonight on some plays they normally finish. However the flyers have done well on PK in both games which so far is something to watch

Just unlucky overall. Pens had what, 3 or 4 posts? They outshot the flyers and had almost 3 times the offensive zone time the flyers had.

Also, wtf some of those calls rofl. The one that led to the first flyers goal was a joke. Sheary was really boarded 10 minutes before, no call, but that somehow was a boarding.

Their zone entry denial has been on point. Especially tonight. It was frustrating the Pens PP like crazy.
