We need an aggressive GM, someone who is bold enough to make high risk trades.

McShay has a thing up on ESPN where he grades out this year's QB class vs. the grades given for every first round QB selected over the last decade.

http://www.espn.com/nfl/d...qb-2008-plus-2018-top-qbs

Even if he removed this year's QB class, I think it would still be interesting just from the historical perspective.

SPOILER ALERT: EJ Manuel is the lowest graded QB taken in the first round over this period.

Botts wants speed and skill up front, and he values our youthful core.

Swap ROR for skunk, we have a deal.

Eichel
Mitts
Erod
F/A Girgs or rochester guy

Does anyone have an opinion on RORs leadership capabilities?

Surely not based on his performance. Blaine Gabbert beat him out for crying out loud.

He never was a good QB. Defenses hadn't seen the pistol in a while that why he had success. Same reason the Wildcat was successful for one year. He was running a 50 year old offense. Wilson was the only QB that found success after defenses figured it out. Kap and Griffin never adjusted, Griffin was always hurt.

I was 100% serious, I don't know why they were showing him. He was all over the place, maybe that's why.

We can get better than Brodie. And thank you, the skunker must stay.

Be sure to tune in to WGR for classic caller comments about how Punch Imlach wouldn't stand for this or why don't we go out there and "get" a player like Sidney Crosby or Patrick Kane?
.....I'll hang up and listen.

Punch was 32-63-25.

I'm pretty sure he DID put up with it.

He would, if he was any good.

He's not good enough to overcome the distraction.

OK, how about this. ROR, Risto and a 2nd to Ottawa for Bobby Ryan & karlsson, I think I would rather have Karlsson for 7 years instead of Risto (and I like Risto)

You get the first overall pick you can then trade that for a massive amount that would be Ridiculous

The cap hits on this make me want to puke

ROR $7.5 for 5 more years Just turned 27
Risto $5.5 4 more years turns 24 in October

Bobby Ryan $7.25 for 4 more years just turned 31
Erik Karlsson $6.5 more 1 more year then at least $10 million for another 8 and is about to turn 28 in May

Nope not making this trade. When Karlsson's new contract kicks in he will be 29 years old and then you're looking at an 8 year contract taking him until he is 38 years old at $10 million a year.

Yes Karlsson is the best player in this deal by far but taking on Bobby Ryan's contract and his lack of production (33 points in 62 games) no thank you

Sixers won 16 in a row my dude. Don't see the Heat getting out of the 1st round. Embiid should be back at some point of the series too.
