Curb... came out way before, and is significantly better than Seinfeld. - Blackstrom2
That's untrue. Larry David was a creator on Seinfeld and Curb didn't come out until post-Seinfeld in 2000. Now what I did get wrong was that Curb came before Arrested and Curb is fantastic.

We can talk hockey all day, but when it comes to TV shows? No, sir. I don’t believe you’ve truly ever seen a real television.
Have you ever had to get up to change the channel? No! No you haven’t!
Well that’s simple untrue in a million different ways. - Rinosaur
I really just hate the majority of network sitcoms. I find them to be pretty low brow and pretty much anything with a laugh track (besides Seinfeld) is unwatchable to me.

You’ve clearly never really watched Taxi or The Larry Sanders Show.
Yeah I was referring only to sitcoms. - Victoro311
There are tons of good TV shows before Arrested Development aside from Seinfeld. Married with Children, MASH, Cheers, Scrubs, Martin, Taxi, Bernie Mac, All in the Family, some would say Malcom in the Middle, even though I (frank)ing hate it. Freaks and Geeks was awesome, and it sucks that ti was only one season. Newsradio.

Have you watched the Larry Sanders Show? - Rinosaur
Freaks and Geeks was good, but its cast suggests that it should be better than it actually was. Granted, they were all rookies back then, but I came away slightly disappointed. I also enjoyed Undeclared, which is was Judd Apatow's other show.
