We don’t suck because we don’t come in last every year, Jesus get a clue... we suck because we have had piss poor drafting... and when 29th or 30th place wins the lottery and we end up 4th we get what you deserved...no talent Tkachuk ( foligno 2.0)

The point is ..... nobody that's a fan of this team for any length of time expects to win the 1st pick ... but I DO NOT want to fall worse than 4th.

I'm certainly not rooting for losses.

There are teams who are always good despite picking in the back half of the 1st round. The Blues and Red Wings both made the playoffs for 20+ years in a row, and went deep.

Meanwhile the Oilers had 4 of 6 first overalls and they're in the basement still even with a guy with 100 points.

It's about the quality of management.
