Everyone of us assume the Sabres will not win the lottery. Losing now is all about picking 4th vs 5th or 6th. Apparently there is quite a drop off in talent beyond the top 4.

I'll get clobbered for this, but it wouldn't surprise me if next year Bogo bounces back and stays healthy for the most part.

Next season is his 2nd last on his current deal, I think he still wants to play hockey and not retire, but his current situation would force him to. I'd wager he figures out how to stay healthy this summer. Not saying he's faking it, but I don't see a lot of effort to return...that may change.
