Not a lot of teams have 3-4 guys who can really shoot from the point. You can have guys like Edler/Tanev/Stetcher and have 1-2 guys who can actually shoot and still be solid.

Nathan Beaulieu gets 2.4. Ryan Murray sucks and gets a shade under 3. Lindell is taking home 2.2. Schmidt was in a similar spot when he signed for like 2.7 or whatever.

Performance based, those are good comparables. Tons of pooptier players get paid more. Somehow Derek Forbort is getting himself like 2.5 a year on his new deal. Gunnarsson is somehow a 2.9 million dollar player. Hutton is getting 2.8.
