What do you guys think about Joel Quenneville?
If he leaves Chicago he could be a real good get for Buffalo. I know changing coaches Again, especially so quickly probably wouldn't be good but I think he is the kind of coach that would actually get our players to stop slacking off. Coaches of his caliber don't become available too often and wherever he goes I think that team will truly benefit from having him as their coach. Most likely though we will be sticking with PH. Hopefully he can get more out of our players next year then he did this year.

What do you guys think should we dump PH for Joel Quenneville if he wants to come to Buffalo?

- Sabrehagan

if they dump Phil this quickly they will look even worse than they already do..

with this poopty roster they are starting to play his scheme and winning, i think he deserves a real shot..

The #Vikings have stayed in touch on Sam Bradford, but he may have options, provided he can pass a physical. One team to watch: the #Bills. Good scheme fit and they have some interest, sources say. Case Keenum could be an option in Buffalo, too.

unless they are going to fix the O line wouldn't Sam bradford be a terrible choice.. he wont make it through the pre-season

Anyone see that Olofsson claimed the SHL goal-scoring title? We need to sign this kid quick before we lose him. I would love to see what he could do over here in Buffalo, or atleast Rochester to start. I think he could become a good scoring winger for the Sabres in the future.

potential to be a 25 to 30 goal score you just don’t become the scoring leader Based on luck

Thank you GMTM. Your services will be missed. 3ER still undefeated on this board.

Edit: He's a PTP'er too. 4 goals 8 assists in 14 playoff games last year. Thank you GMTM

I don't care when he scores goals, 5 on 5, Power-play, as long as he scores goals, and continues to score goals all season long. Goals are what win games, and the Sabres need as many as they can get, whenever from whomever, even from a guy picked in the 7th round.

Also, I forgot about Dahlin being on his team but Olofsson has been improving each year and I think he would have continued to improve this year even without Dahlin.

Things learned from Sabres HB blog:

Special teams don't matter
Faceoffs don't matter

5v5 is the only thing that matters.

No disrespect, but I don't know how you can say "objectively" and then only analyze point totals and faceoffs.

The whole hook behind ROR is his defensive play and I didn't see that analyzed once in the article

I was just going to post this, I think he scores a lot of powerplay goals but you watch him play, he's got natural goal scoring talent. That's valuable
