Roster players are the least attractive to me, of course contingent on who is actually the player(s).
I’m thinking that maybe these are teams who aren’t necessarily the finalists....hopefully he can negotiate it up

I do hope they decide not to extend Kane, and move him instead.
I do however think he would contribute positively in the playoffs when they get there...just too many years away IMO.

Yeah, I agree.
Botts wants 3-4 pieces? Heck, I'd settle for just the A-list prospect and call it a day.

Now that would be fun to watch. A solid, very, very solid start.
It must be a ROR, I would think that is the big Homie is referencing.
While I do want to trade ROR, I would like another year from him or so, such that Casey can be brought along slowly...not it all thrown at h8m. ROR did Cary the pressure for Jack the past several years.

I wouldn't hate that, but as you said, maybe not the right thing to do.
I'm hoping that Custance's (I think it was him) report that 8-10 teams are interested is true. I'm sure we'd be happy with the return if that many teams are interested.

I've been saying for a few days that we should offer ROR and Ristolainen for P. Kane and Duncan Keith, have Chicago add a pick/prospect due to the age and cap difference, call it a day. Chicago needs to desperately re-tool and trading Saad again isn't the answer.
