But, generally we are much nicer than you big guys.😁
- Reubenkincade

Hey now we're nice, some of the baddest NHL tough guys were some of the nicest people. It's the shorter (frank)ers like Brad Marchand, Matt Cooke and Patrick Kane that are the biggest bumholes

Without a doubt. Hank needs to pass this over before years end IMO.

I'm way behind here. How is Foote's foot speed? No pun intended. Edler has actually been good this year. Still makes Edler gaffs but still been solid. We can't afford to move Tanev. Just can't. unless some GM goes Chiapet on us and unloads a ransom, we keep him.

He’s not the best skater from what I remember but I haven’t watched him play this year to comment.

Agreed with the rest of your comments

But why?

Because people think it’s going to somehow make the whole team tough.

Al Arbour > Travis Green or Jim Benning

"When asked about Mike Bossy, NHL Network analyst Craig Button related a story told to him by his father, legendary scout Jack Button, regarding a discussion about the 1977 NHL Draft between New York Islanders general manager Bill Torrey and coach Al Arbour.

"Bill Torrey went back to Al Arbour and said, 'Here's our choice,'" Craig Button said. "'We can take this guy, he's a really good two-way player, more of a defensive player, really knows how to check. Or we can get this guy, he might be a prolific scorer at the NHL level, but his defense isn't good.' Al Arbour said to Bill Torrey, 'Let's take the scorer, I can teach him to check. I can't teach the checker how to score.'"

When it comes to forwards... yes. Defencemen who can't play defence are a liability no matter what the stats nerds say...

Loved seeing him destroy Bouchard.❤
A bit of toughness in our lineup would be appreciated. Not a bunch of goons, just a couple players that will stand up for each other.

I always remember Johan Franzen. Stand infront of the net and taking a beating till he had enough then just throw people out of his way.

Entering tonight, the Canucks had outscored the opposition 52-50 at 5v5 with Horvat in the lineup. Been outscored 49-26 at 5v5 when he's not.

He made a couple key moves and signings that gave us the edge to get us to g7 of SCF.
He also inherited an amazing core of players from previous regimes, and hammer was a guaranteed signing.
He also ruined our future and most of the high picks he traded were for trash.

Really wish he moved up to the SHL in January, he’s too good for that league, despite this “drought” lol

It really depends what team he's on, great second line center behind a good first line center though.

On the Canucks he's definitely a first line center #fourthlast
