Too me this is going to be the night where their faint playoff hopes come to end. I mean, if you can't beat the friggin Canucks when you know you absolutely got to have 2 points, then how can you have any faith in this team to do anything. And it's not like the Hawks are playing well and the Canucks are getting some lucky bounces or playing way over their skates. The Hawks just failed to show up . . . yet again.

These used to be the games and situations where Toews would assert himself. Sadly, I just don't expect anything out of him. Now it's 3-1 with Sedin standing right in front of Forsberg while Keith stands in no mans land just watching him. No heart, no desire, no leadership. Just disgusting. Can't what to hear more of the same BS after the game about how they need to be better, and play with more urgency and blah, blah, blah.

They needed to go on a run, something like 8 out of 10 or 12 out of 15. After watching this debacle, I think I'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than them going on that kind of streak and I don't even play the lottery.

Few on this D can actually play 2-way hockey. This is the worst Hawks team in 11 years. But at least the core got monster salaries for "what they did". I hope my company keeps paying my ass for what "i did" and not what I can "actually do".

Just a horrendous power play as usual. A couple good looks with the Toews unit but the next group couldn’t even get o-zone possession of the puck. Can’t carry it in, can’t dump & chase... constant waste of the man advantage.

But it’s been like this for the last few years. Why would I expect it to change in a must score situation during a must win game?

Then Seabrook with whatever anyone wants to call that play on the last goal. Just a brutal game. Poor effort.

The core, other than 2, was useless. They'll eat well tonight and get the best t-times come late april. Worthless...if you demand these (frank)ing salaries that prevent us from adding talent around you then be better than this.
