I have no idea, but that would be a big addition.
- eichiefs9

Meh. Maybe. This team was an abortion defensively before anyone got injured. Kulimen was not exactly playing fantastic before his injury. Let's not forget this team with no injuries was a tire fire in their own end the entire season.

Get out there boys I don't want to have to do my job.
- Cptmjl

If/when all those guys are back, things should start looking up. Add a defenseman and things should look...better.

If all those guys come back then Garth really only needs to make 1 trade on d

Which he won't do.

I read recently that OEL could be had, and the asking price is 2 good roster players and a 1st round pick. I would offer Nelson, Clutterbuck and our 1st rounder. Then cross my fingers....
- JohnScammo

I guess you can call Nelson and Clutterbuck roster players. I'm not sure about good ones?

Not even if I crossed my fingers on both hands?

Maybe I offer BOTH first rounders and his choice between Nelson and Clutter?

It'll help of course but we still need bottom six players and at least a top 4. I don't see Snow adding anything. I know I'm negative and hate the world and rainbows and fairy tales but I just don't see Snow doing anything.

Garth wants to believe everything was peachy before the injuries and he will tell that to Ledecky.

Would be better by a long shot now would lose someone as part of that trade I assume but it's still waaaayyyyy better then what's been out out the last few games

Let's be honest the goaltending has been good too they just get 40 plus per game cut that down and the way they score and they could be good

I'm all for adding as much as possible, don't get me wrong.

I still think adding Pageau would be a great pickup, for now and the next couple years.

Good news is that Rask is playing tonight, which means we'll likely see Khudobin tomorrow.

I'm all for trading Pulock if we're actually bringing back something worth while. With that said I don't understand everyone's eagerness to dump him? Young defenseman take time usually kid is improving in fact he has been one of the better defenseman of our terrible defense IMO. I know that's not saying a helluva lot but I would like to see what he looks like next season if Snow can resist sigming him to a 6 year value deal. Just give him a mediocre raise bridge deal and see what happens. My two cents he certainly has some upside and who knows how Toews is coming out of this injury?

Not sure, but I think Upstate was saying here's our future line-up, not to trade Pulock, but to pair him with a guy we get via trade.

Yeah, I was kind of joking. I really don't think the Isles can part with ANY good roster players. I was hoping Arizona would rate Nelson and Clutter as "good". Alternatively, I would offer our two first rounders in this deep draft. After all, Arizona is (or should be) in rebuilding mode. WTF do they need roster players for anyway? Their Cup run????

If the injured players are closer than three or four games, then passing on Jokinen would seem like a typical mgt move. With the great success of Barzal and Beau, they probably abound with optimism that they can have similar luck with all of their youth.

Looks like Bellows is following in footsteps of Barzal with an outstanding final year in WHL and possible NHL starter next season or even in Spring.

Gotta agree that this team is depressing with the poor D and Goals Against but I also attribute that to De Haan and Boychuk out forcing them to play the Soundtigers blueline which spell four and out if they miraculously made the po's.
