Had a meeting this morning with a gentleman whos brother in law is the Walrus ( Paul MacLean ) and his step son is a linesman in the NHL as well. The hockey stories are incredible.

I wonder what Demers or Hjarmasson would cost at the TDL.

demers has been one of the few bright spots for them. i'd actually say he's better than oel this year.... i'm guessing oel has checked out. i think they keep demers. but good question on cost if they look to move him. they paid (frank) all for him. they probably get back something a little better than they paid (mcginn), but not much. carrick and a 2nd?

hammer is another tough one, having not played much. murphy was complete poop, but may have had some decent trade value in the league being young, big, cost controlled and right-handed. he may be in demand and not come cheap. Maybe leivo, nielsen and a 2nd for hammer?
