Today was a game that good teams play. Second game of a back to back, tired legs but they find away to gut out a win against a team that may lack talent but plays hard. That's a big difference in how the Flyers have been for a lot of games. They've lost a good number of these types of games in this situation. Playoff teams win these games. It's a step in the right direction.

Sorry 2 years ago , big difference because he’s become so much better since. When all you have is time on ice to state a fact that he’s legitimate top 4 defenseman, you need to prove yourself better then that.

I like the way the Flyers played the last few games but we have to remember the Pens game wasn't that long ago. I wish the Flyers could just keep playing. Flyers tend to come out flat after layoffs. That's a concern because the Flyers don't have much room to slip especially with a lot of games coming up against division opponents.

Serious question with a lazy response. I don't think AMAC is a great defenseman but I also don't think he is near as bad as he is painted by our fanbase. I don't see 40+ defensemen in the league that I would want to have played as many minutes and games for the Flyers already this season to replace him. At worst he is a borderline top 4 defenseman.

I know how most of you feel about the All-Star Game. You guys hate as much as the shootout with the fire of ten burning suns, and that's fine. I get excited when young players that have potential to go, actually make it. This could be Sean Couturier and Shayne Gostisbehere's year. I also want Giroux to go just because I want the league to know that he's still one of the best in the league.

I remember Gagne's first go. Hartnell. Jeff Carter. Mike Richards. Wayne Simmonds. Jake Voracek. Giroux himself. I get excited for these young guys who make it.
