Edm paid a conditional 4th rnd pick for montreals old, awful, goalie al montoya. Lindgren is almost outplaying price and montoya was awful in only 4 games played and Edmonton pays a 4th rounder for him. Chiarelli really is the worst GM in the league and its not even close.

I think EP has done enough for critics to stop whining for the time being. OJ showed well in the tournament. JG started strong. Fading a bit.

Lockwood was the biggest surprise for me.

Yup. Like seeing that pile up for Canuck propsects and young players. So far Goldy, JV and now Bo. Don’t mind average BB and Gadjo as they got shooting and net front going. EP, Gaudette and Lockwood among other notables. Lind above average? Dahlen not so sure.

I dont know if we could but id like to try and grab josh brook out of montreal. They are a disaster and might do something stupid. I have any clue what the price would be, we just dont have much to trade to a team at the bottom of the league.

Linden hinted in interview it was Makar they wanted if they had option over Nico or Nolan. But Avs took that choice away from Canucks. I also believe it because JB keeps repeating his top player choice is offensive RHD.

But glad EP is looking better then expectations. Though was hoping Tanev would get traded for Dallas pick and Canucks have both of them.

Agree all around D is Dahlin for sure. No contest over any of past few years of top D drafted.
