He is not high on the depth chart Canucks have 8 Dman now and Holm Wierchioch OJ and McEneny ahead of him but he is still young - VANTEL
Can never have enough D but at some point. Guys are going to have to be moved. Holm won't play another year in the AHL. Picked up DP just added to the log jam. |

Holm will be on the roster next year starting off as a 7/8 |

Have not seen Rawls back in the game since he opened his stupid yap. NFL is too full of that garbage. |

Because it is close to TO - VANTEL

The only reason Sabers haven't moved is because of the support for Canadians, over 50% of the attendance at Sabers go.e games come from across border.

i would just as soon sign EG and trade Tanev, especially if the team projects Joe Levi to make it next season , Guds would be a good partner for him to break into the league with imo |

Generally if you get a top 5 pick, I think most want a game breaker type of player. Not all drafts have 5 game breakers in them. It doesn't seem as if he is a game breaker, more of just a really good D.
Tanev 2.0.
Noticed during the game that the apple fell the same way for both Matthew and Brady. Chippy kid Brady is.
Matthew isn't as good as most would lead some to believe. 48 points last season. Only on pace for around 40 points again this season. Baertschi is on a better pace.

The only player I would have wanted ahead of Juolevi is Sergachev. Seemed to me at the time of the draft that you could tell he was going to do the kind of damage we're seeing him do now. If Juolevi is Tanev 2.0 that would be awesome for the Canucks. It also means we still desperately need a top pairing offensive Dman.
I saw a scouting report on Brady Tkachuk that said he has the same grit as his brother but with a better scoring touch. |

we are a much better team with tanev, It'd be crazy to trade him at this point. He's not expendable he's an essential |

So keeping Tanev as he barely plays 30-50 games per year now? Respectfully I think it's time to move on... |

If he gets traded he'll play the next 3 or 4 seasons injury free. |

I have to admit, i had juolevi higher than sergachev. Russian factor plus the fact he was better offensively than defensively scared me. Juolevi will be a safe pick for us, just takes a bit longer than what most hoped i think |
