In your original quote you talked about the good drafting of Holland and used Frk as an example. He is a fringe player who has been waived and picked up by another team where he got his first 2 nhl games played.
You also used another player as an example who has yet to play in the league, Svechnikov.
I used Boucher as an example of someone of same age and also a fringe player like Frk is.
I wouldn't call fringe players good drafting...but that is just me.
