I've only seen him vs Canada in the first game. For me, he's like Vantel said he's Tanev. He isn't going to knock your socks off offensively or physically but he's going to be steady game in game out on the back end. He's going to make a good pass to exit the zone, you won't get sustained pressure. I believe he has a bit more offensive instinct then Tanev. Maybe not a top pairing guy at 5OA as most would hope for but certainly could have a bright future.

Yeah I am taking his performance with a grain of salt because its his third trip so I dont think he's fully engaged. I've seen him take off for offensive chances and just slow reacting on the defensive end, which I think is the type of effort we all give when our beer league teams drop a division
That being said I think his skating needs to improve, hes not nearly as mobile and explosive as I had hoped. Good straight line speed, but not great otherwise. By comparison, fair or unfair, several other dmen in this tournament look like they could skate circles around Juolevi
