As an islanders he need to have the most as boeser gets all the love. Also he's drawn the most penalties among rookies and is up there overall. That plays a big part in games.

I have to say for me it’s the Islanders best defensive game in all 3 zones of the season.

This might be overall the best game they have played this season minus the PP. If the defense can keep playing like this for most of the season we'll be good to go.

I say they just keep riding Halak at this point. Get him the reps and ride it out.

He's been more physical and has stood up for the guys on his line he's a good player but with that contract people expect more

OK, I exaggerated a little. Fischler did ask the question: Something stupid like, I think you're the most underrated player on the team. What do you think? Ladd then gave a long-winded answer about him and others doing the little things to win games that don't necessarily end up in the scoresheet. But he didn't exactly contradict Stan either....
