Again...nope. played 15 games and in increasingly important minutes. Want the shift logs??

And then last year lead with 13 points in the playoffs. And ended 10th in Norris voting.

Try again...

Lotteries are great hey?! To bad your management couldn’t actually make a good hockey deal!!!
- Clyde334

I notice you ignored earlier how I mentioned your GM offer sheeting a player that would still have to pass through waivers after signing? Worst move ever by any GM, possibly giving up high picks and not even getting the player. I so wish that deal went through. You guys are lucky the league felt sorry you and your GM who couldn't even read the book that his job is essentially based around.

Lol! That GM was Feaster and it was over 3 years ago! Quit living in the past dude. We can’t talk about all the Oiler cups of the 80’s if you wish?!

The real funny thing is that for as bad as we've been so far, you guys are only 6 points ahead.
- Ihatebrianburke

Project that over a whole season and that's a 24 point lead.

Colorado matched the offer. The league didn't do anything. Your butt hurt is clouding your already poopty memory.

And I'm pretty sure trading Gretzky for garbage and cash would be the worst move ever.

You know who is an underrated (despite winning a Stanley cup) coach that doesn't get much talk and love?

Laviolette.

So fire Chiarelli because Sweeney and Neely are kunts and didn't want to make a deal with the guy that Boston scapegoated for their woes?

Have you seen what they've done with that organization? The picks that were made from the Dougie Hamilton trade?

- Ihatebrianburke

No fire Costanza because he's (frank)ing up your team. Boston played playoffs last season against everyone's predictions & arent out of it at this stage this season.

Did Costanza actually shop Hall or just get smooth talked by Shero on his pat?

Who else could have signed that 6m Lucic contract? Or even better, trade Hall for Larsson & sign a couple of other players cheaper. I'm not sure who was available at the time but do you honestly believe Lucic was the best option?

I'll agree that Ebs may have needed a change, but who really knows what is going on in the group. Just a note, the Preds just traded for Turris. Was there anything there that may have interested you guys for Ebs?

Again there's no talk about the coach. Is he doing a good job?

I think that was the case.
I don't see Chia as a good, or better yet, a crafty negotiator at all when it comes to making deals.

You're making an awfully weak argument on Eberle by trying to connect it to Turris. It's quite clear that Cs are valued a whole lot more than Ws- it's a false equivalence.

To your last point, if you had bothered to backread you'd know that it's been a pretty regular topic of discussion in these threads for the past couple weeks. Hell, I even bring it up back on page one of this thread.

Yeah, I was wondering what he was talking about there... We've been discussing that quite regularly lately.

Thoughts?

Personally, it's pretty much stating that being fat is okay....... shame to see society agreeing with such a concept.

I think whatever a person is or wants to be is fine with me, but in the case of being fat, they need to realize the potential health risks associated with that... What annoys me is when people shove it in my face. I'm fat, I'm gay, I'm this, I'm that... Seriously, I don't give a sh1t what you are... Get out of my face, and go (frank) yourself, you annoying twat.

That's a slippery slope... discrimination is discrimination. I would slam the chick on the left before the chick on the right.

My only fit with the I'm fat thing is that the fact that it is socially acceptable in regards to being noted as a standard for society has a damaging implication on culture, health, and the psychological aspects of fellows members within this generation and the next and the next and the next.

My biggest strife with the whole fat controversy is the health implications it comes with. So it's okay to increase your risk of diabetes, heart problems, chronic illnesses such as arthritis or more generically joint pain, and more problems that follow all because "anything" is considered fine because how dare you disrespect my body? I think not.

Don't get me wrong, you don't need to have a 6 pack to be healthy, but damn, is it really hard to take care of your body? What example are you ("curvy" models) setting for future generations?
