Yep. Simmons and Embiid are gods. The atmosphere and excitement around the Sixers right now was well worth it.

They played 3/4 of the best teams in the East and still could've won both games Embiid was in. They have a brutal early schedule then it opens. You can be under .500 and make the playoffs anyway.

My family and I always go hard. Full nine yards with makeup and everything. Me and the better half were Milo and Kida last year, that was probably one of my best, albeit with no makeup. Back in the school days I was a zombie hockey player with frost on my face and hair, harry potter (which won an award as best costume at school!), Michael Jackson (white glove, short pants, white socks, black shoes, sisters' sequined belt, and make up)...this year me and Girl are gonna do the ol switcheroo. She's gonna be a hockey player and I'm going to be a dancer

haha nice. We do things on the cheap. I printed out Gryffindor emblems, we glued them onto cardboard then glued them onto our college grad. gowns. My parents actually bought her a Dobby mask, but she couldn't see, so we stuffed the ears and my wife sewed it onto a hat. Then we got some beige fabric, ripped it up, cut an arm hole, and viola, insta-Dobby. We had so many people asking to take pictures with us.

I'd love to see the MJ pictures if you have any, that sounds intense.

Would worry me more if he wasn't a really good shooter to begin with. Something is up with him, and it seems to be a bad shoulder injury that's worse than let on.

Mac going to the minors has nothing to do with what I was originally talking about.

I was making the point that Mac by default has for some reason saw the most time with our more gifted defensemen since he's been here. He was on a top pair with Coburn first. After returning from the minors, he was placed with Ghost. He's playing with Provorov now.

Mac ever being sent down was irrelevant to what I was pointing out.

And your point is wrong. Macdonald hasn't been given anything by default. That was pretty clear when he was sent down to the minors. He started his Flyers career playing with a struggling Schenn. So what if he spent some games paired with Coburn the next season? He had to work his way back up to the Flyers the following season and even saw himself scratched a few times last season.
