No....you start signing guys at this point and you get stuck in mediocrity. Gotta finish near the bottom for a few more years to rebuild properly.

Turris is free, he costs you nothing but dollars at year end. If he wants an eight year deal though, he can GFH. He would allow the young kids a few years to develop if they could get him on a five year deal, but I'm hearing he wants long term as in seven or eight years.

Turris could only get 7 at UFA. at 28 i would entertain a 6 year if it is only a M-NTC.
