6-1 now, I started watching the game out of Nico curiosity, but this kid Jesper Bratt has taken over, he got some serious wheels and skill. Nico set up the 2nd goal and made a pretty great play, he looks just fine playing with the big boys. I think NJ might actually be a decent team. Kanes goal was pretty sick too.

True & its all about team building beyond the draft picks.
Anyone can pick high in the draft but who can fill in the roster top down is who ascends in the end. Old school says build from the net out. I agree with that but getting top C's can supercede that philosophy when its presents itself. Our prospect pool is looking better than ever except on D. Work yet to do there.

Dorset was a poor value hockey player last year. Now he had proven himself, ala Cole Cassells, that he's capable of shutting down McDavid. If anything Dorset is underpaid for what he brought inn Saturday night!

All kidding aside player's of Dorsets ilk are valuable as they can provide toughness while still betting able to play hockey. Is he overpaid by .250 or .5, arguably yes he is. But if that's what it took to have the smallest amount of toughness added to this weakest of teams them its a small price to pay.
