The parking lots over there are basically like playing bumper cars

I'll be honest - yesterdays game was pretty ugly. There's a serious lack of offensive skill on the team. Goldy, D'Aoust and Boucher were really the only guys that made any impact and it was little. I still havent been able to figure out why Rodin, McEwen, or Laplante didnt play. Megna, Chaput & Hamilton line had 3 shots total all weekend. Molino, Darcy, Bancks, Carcone were also absolutely invisible for the most part in both games. I know its only 2 games, but somethings gotta change down there.

With all the talent in Utica they lack C's who can make it go.
Wait for picks to join eg EP Gaudette. Its the same issue the Canucks face.

Labate tipped in Subban point shot that would've went in regardless. But he was quiet for the most part.

Holm, Chatfield and Subban all played pretty well. I'd say Holm is first call up.

WAY too many penalties. It completely f-ed with the flow of the game and their ability to get the lines straight.

Early in the season & Utica had very little time to get some chemistry going.
Penalties r a problem & can be dialed out quick enough. Its not a sprint lol

I'm just stunned that Dorsett goes from team punching bag to hero after just one good outing. Makes me think some in this group are no different from the leaf fan we've been calling out for years because of the same reaction to the slightest sign of something positive.

Tough call but thats what i will pin my decision on.

I liked signing LE other than term. 5yrs i could live with.
IMO WD was handed LE & couldn't make it work.
Last year he had an off year compounding it all.
This season is a fresh start & it will all be on LE to be what he was paid for.
20+ goals & PP guy & a 200' game is MANDATORY.

6-1 now, I started watching the game out of Nico curiosity, but this kid Jesper Bratt has taken over, he got some serious wheels and skill. Nico set up the 2nd goal and made a pretty great play, he looks just fine playing with the big boys. I think NJ might actually be a decent team. Kanes goal was pretty sick too.

If DD has an impact now, beyond Booner's punching bag take, but TG deployment as a pest/agitator, is he needed to play in game against Sens over sitting BB?
