That is about 000000003% of police calls in America. Kind of ruins the systemic narrative kapernick tries to perceive. You have a higher chance to get killed by a vending machine falling on you then to get unjustly killed by a cop.

My conclusion is that Housley may have as much talent in his Top 9 as three of the Stanley Cup semifinalists had last year. And I skipped the Pens because I didn't want to be laughed at for comparing the Sabres to the Stanley Cup Champions.

But this data - as suprising as it is to even me - speaks for itself.

Your right. Apply for a Police or Fire dept exam,.Minorities get the inside track. Even if a white guy has a better test score. About 10 yrs ago there was the beginning of a reverse discrimination lawsuit in California.
