Any cord cutters in the 716 looking for a long-range antenna? I am selling a clearstream 4 70 mile antenna with an extra VHF adapter. The two together sell for over 100 on amazon - I am selling for 35.

In case you're wondering, you can pull in 50+ stations (including all of the Toronto stations) with a picture that blows away cable or satellite as it isn't compressed. I have directv and the difference between their locals and the antenna is amazing.

Actually antennas are making a big comeback.

1) You can now easily set up a local dvr using free software. I actually transmit the antenna signal to all of my rapberry pi's around the house instead of running cable to tv's individually.

2) Antenna quality has increased

3) Cost of satellite/cable

4) Picture is much better. The cable/sat companies only have so much bandwidth so they have to compress the picture. I have both side-by-side in my house and it really isn't close.

Their (kapernicks) main perceived gripe was police officers killing black people for no reason. That is laughable. Most cops in big cities are black. And if a cop for some reason did kill a person "for no reason" they are charged. The majority of high profile shootings have info leaked to skew the views of the media outlet to rile people up.

I hear all the time "unarmed" like you can't kill someone with your hands. Or take a cops gun and shoot them after your "unarmed fists" bludgeon them unconscious. Police shootings involving death are about .000000001 % of all police calls every year. Not to mention Numerous studies that actually show white cops hesitate LONGER to shoot a black suspect then a white one

Never is the fact brought up that more whites are killed then blacks each year. Yes blacks are killed at a higher percentage but statistically commit a higher % of violent crime.

Police shooting % is almost identical to the % each race commits violent crime, which would make sense since police you know, deal with crime.
