Either way think it'll likely be standard practice for a 3rd party to do the physicals from now on.

They'll definitely be looking at Hossa too now.

2) multiple GM's complained to the league and the league opened an investigation. Whichever gm’s pushed the league to investigate better know that this is coming right back at them at some point.

But I know someone who used to be on the NHLPA executive, who told me that there are a lot of players who get checked into programs, and the NHL and NHLPA work together to keep it hush-hush.
