Depends on how Housley views him in the system/veteran status/progress of Guhle. On the ice, based on this system, I would guess he's low man on the pole. However, he has PK ability, so keeping his minutes far down and for defensive situations wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Just means you're probably rolling with 7 D most nights.

Who knows. There's a lot of ways to guess. But they're just guesses. We'll have to wait and see. Personally, I feel he has use. Just... not a whole lot. PK and D zone FOs. Put him out there for 8-10 minutes a night and he'll be a dandy little piece. Pair him with Ristolainen again, and kale flavored cow pies will rain from the heavens.

We had one of the worst PK's last year and his days of defensive abilities/specialist died like 5 years ago.

At this point hes just dead cap space.

Don't we have too many forwards to play 7D? I mean I'm scratching my head at who will make the starting 12. If it was 11 I'd imagine there would be a decent player in the stands OR Bailey/Baptiste/Fasching are all in the minors.
