that parts kinda sad, actually. developmentally disabled guy who had a history of taking construction vehicles for joyrides. earlier that night he was spotted doing donuts with a skid steer until he put the parking brake on by accident and didn't know what to do so he got off it. |

The school bus? I have no idea. he still has to get the door open even with the keys.
