Beartschi Horvat Vanek
Sedin Sedin Granlund
Eriksson Sutter Boeser
Boucher Gagne Virtanen/Dorsett
I don't see Burmistrov making the team.
Chaput/Megna will clear and be is Utica.
Gaunce will spend a lot of time in the press box.
Unless Goldobin comes in to camp and scores like a greasy slut at a frat party he will not make the team either.
I wrote Rodin off last season and I am going to do it again this season.
Dorsett maybe ready but I am not buying it. His body is really paying the price. - thundachunk

I don't get why it's confusing...analyze their moves, not the garbage that comes out of his mouth. They are loading up on vets in order to protect the kids in Utica. It's straight forward - CanuckDon
Sorry Don I don't buy that anymore. Goldobin has excellent numbers in the AHL and NHL so does Boeser. They both deserve a shot. This is a predetermined roster that is designed to give certain players a shot at the playoffs one more time.
As many have said on here the fans are okay losing as long as we see a youth movement and don't have to watch the boring crap we seen last year. |

I understand protecting the kids, makes sense. But when he says he transitioning and then will go and resign the Sedins....is that transitioning? |

Sorry, I'm not buying into the Goldobin hype. He cherry picked on (beautiful) goal at the end of last season and half the board has in this season's top 6. Let's see how he does at camp against some hungry competition before we award him the MVP. |

Hey buddy, I don't know about you, but I coach a women's, pre-teen basketball team.
Unlike the vast majority of posters here, I am completely qualified in evaluating coaching. - Whiskey-Tango
I am coaching and teaching basketball this year as a new PE teacher. Can you recommend some good resources? I hate basketball btw |

Strongly over exaggerated of what I said . It doesn't matter how he plays in camp he is going to Utica . |

There isn't really a whole lot of kids to be honest. Outside of Boeser, Goldobin and Virtanen the other kids (Molino, Dahlen, Boucher) haven't really proven anything to this point at the pro level.
I would've really liked them to give the first three some rope in the NHL for the first few months, hopefully they can see it that way but doesn't look like it. |

Your right, look at a potential lineup....where does he fit? He doesn't. And I don't believe TL and JB when they say they hope a young guy takes a spot. Well they aren't taking the Sedins, LE, Gagner, Vanek, Bo, Sutter Granlund. |

They already have a set roster. Boeser will be on Canucks . The others JV Goldobin will be sent to Utica . Rodin Boucher will be 13-14 forwards. We need to hope for a lot of injuries to see call ups. Traing camp is lip service only. |

Going to be another season of tough hockey to watch, but not unexpected. It is about the future and getting a good base of players in Utica for any chance of competing down the road.
Hopefully Bennington makes some nice picks in next seasons draft.
Anyone else think we will get another pick in top 2 rounds this season? |

Well...let's see if that happens. I think this is the Sedins last year. Without a doubt, linden is too close to them |

Our defence is already determined. I don't see any spots available. |

How's his back checking? Play in the defensive zone?

Ya, only kid that I think is ready is Boeser. The rest can get some reps of after the TDL |

If Van can't sign EG, I think they will trade him and he's worth at least a 2nd |
