Maybe that could happen if he they play him with the Sedins and they are all deployed liked Coho was when they boosted his production not playing the hard minutes. - Nuck4U
Doubt it. |

Some fans only want to see youth, ready or not. Some fans also think that it signals Van is trying to stay in contention. We saw last year though that after you makr some trades, you can certainly drop in the standings after the TDL. - manvanfan
Im the minority. I would rather start all the kids in utica, showcase weircoch, vanek, burmistrov and trade them at TDL. Bring the kids up after. Have a good draft and let them battle when the Sedins are gone. Let Utica be a power house next year a develop a winning culture. Boesers development wont hinder by playing a year in the AHL, even though most signs point to him being ready. |

Pettersson with a nice pp goal today. 4 points in 4 champions league games so far

The one thing that really stands out for me with Pettersson, is his confidence to make the plays he makes. That kid could be an absolute gem for the Nucks in a cpl yrs. |

He needs more confidence to shoot i feel. His playmaking is incredible though. 1st line minutes on Vaxjo is going to be fantastic for his development, along with PP1 time |

Now with the Vanek signing, would you send Dahlen over to play with him to continue to develop chemistry or have him play in the AHL to adjust to NHL ice? |

Daheln to utica would be my first choice. Vaxjo second. Youre not losing by him going to either imo though |

Linden still thinks our #1 line is the Sedins. Feck Bo doesn't get a lot of respect, does he? The good thing about this is if they are our #1 line then bottom 5 won't be hard to obtain. - Kaynine
Linden is an idiot. The guy should stay away from the mic. |

Yeah, looking at Utica's possible lineup.....they should be a pretty competitive team. It will be interesting to see who, if any, we lose to waivers. I think most of the guys having 1way deals might help with them clearing waivers.

I hope both Linden and the Sedins are done at the end of this season. |

the FAN is a force that should give TSN a run for their money. |

LVK's empty cupboards might change the waiver market. |

Id just like to say I wanted him back in December. 6 months before the draft. - manvanfan

I thought there would be much more backlash - manvanfan
The Vanek deal is not bad it is the Erikson deal that is an anchor.
But Vaneks playoff stats as of late won't garnish you a second round pick I don't think |

I am the same. Start the kids in Utica. Let them learn together. With injuries, there will be call ups. Players that arent playing well put on waivers. Call up the players doing well. Be good for other players in Utica to have some better players as well. |

It will get you a pick though, if JB decides to trade him. |

14 points in 27 games wouldn't get you a 2nd? |
