JV probably won't be on the roster out of camp but that's okay. It's a numbers game and they are waiver heavy. But I see him earning call ups and sticking by end of season.

When buying out a contract when one season remains, the buyout is over 2 seasons, so if someone has 2 seasons remaining and they play this season, ..... oh never mind I thought everyone on here new how the system works, obviously not.
