Went to school with Tim Kerr's son, Garrett. Solid basketball player, playing pro in Europe now. Signed our 4th year...he was a PT major
Also talked to Tim on the phone asking for a donation to the shool I reluctantly asked him after 20 minutes of talking hockey. - Giroux_Is_God

Alex is a great player. - Rliable
He's awesome. Especially 80's Rush. I've heard him say he wasn't crazy about his work during some of that era because the band was very synth driven, but the playing on "Power Windows" is some of all time favorite guitar work. Super simple and effective, great tone.
Also, the second best George Harrison album is "Cloud Nine", and that has a lot to do with Jeff Lynne. "That's What It Takes" is an incredibly well crafted song. The chord changes, between the pre-chorus/chorus are just so good. |

I just read a book on Biocentrism. Now I'm going to starve to death because I don't want to extinguish a Consciousness. |

It's the horseradish, that's why my nose loves you
I stopped going to the Subway closest to me because they got rid of their horseradish
Braydon Coburn looks a bit like a horse. He sure skated like one |

Certainly, Count Chocula should be in consideration for elite tier, no?
And what about Rice Krispies, Trix, and Frosted Flakes?

The Guitar solo for Prime Mover (off Hold Your Fire) is one of my faves, same goes for Emotion Detector off PW, as is the solo from Between The Wheels off GUP.
It wasnt just the synths he disliked, it was how thin and trebly he had to make his guitar sound to be heard through all those keyboards that occupied the same sonic range. But his solos, they are downright angry.....
Thankfully the balls came back with Counterparts, and now his live tone is the biggest baddest heaviest guitar sound that ever existed... |
