Ya but he's the best goalie in the league dumbass - nyrangers9479
That what we all thought about Lundquist.. now he's 35, on the decline and getting 4 more years at 8.5.mil. Canadiens will feel our pain in a few years. Lol |

No need for you to go there. Just tell one more time what you said last summer. That's waaay more annoying |

I agree, if I was MTL I wouldn't be happy about a 10.5 million dollar goalie. |

Lord knows what they would want
makes no sense, Marleau for 3 years $6.25 per? They could have just kept JVR? |

Horton and Lupul will be moved to IR when the season starts,so they actually have 10.5 million left. |

If they think Marleau is worth that much, I'd like to interest them in a Staal |

Would take JVR in a heartbeat. Big winger who when healthy is a 30g scorer. |

I like Toronto's cap space atm: - 2.415M (that's a minus...)
And you like big wingers, don't you...

Who knows. He can walk after this year so it should keep the price down. Unless they keep him till the deadline and try to sell high. He is also a "Ranger fan" with family still here, maybe we can extend him on a discount contract.
I would offer what they gave E Staal at the deadline |

When I 'plan' the future, looking at the cap going forward, I find it waaay easier to just let Nash go... For sure I would like him on the team for a cheap, but It's nice to 'play' wit those 7.8M going forward... |

It's the summer of coming home, I'd make a move for him and move Miller back to C |

Depending how Nash does this year, I would definitely try to resign him cheap if he has an ok year. Thats going to be some nice money though coming off the books.
Should use it to buy out Staal |

Awful deal. Over 35 contract...3 years...$6M+ per? This makes that Dan Boyle contract a few years ago look good.
Seriously...the Sharks have won nothing. Why are teams signing their geriatrics to these crazy contracts? |
